Appointments are available during business hours, evenings, weekends at all of our four locations. An Appointment can be made by calling our main office.

All fees are required to be paid at the time services are rendered. Only clients with pre-autherized insruance coverage are exempt from this policy. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before the original appointment. Charges for failure to cancel will be $72.50 for Ph.D. appointments are $62.50 for appointments with Master Level therapists. In case of severe illness or medical emergency, appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at any time without charge.
